Aerobic Soccer Training - Team Play
This music C.D. has been created specifically for the Aerobic Soccer Training Program. Players are given 135 touches on the ball per minute which is part of our soccer speed training. Its fun, upbeat tempo matches perfectly with the Aerobic Soccer Training program.
To play successful team soccer, players must work together on a variety of levels including matching each other speed during training and during an actual game. For example, if a player moves toward the ball at one pace and the passer delivers the ball at another, the possibility for that play to be successful is lessened. Aerobic Soccer Training encourages players to aggressively link their plays together like the professional soccer players.

The ZONE
New team players may be skilled at soccer but lack consistency with team mates. Many will say they just need time to understand how their team mates play. The Aerobic Soccer Training Program accelerates this process. Players realize immediately when they are out of sync with each other and the program draws them back into the "zone."
Even though the Aerobic Soccer Training Program is demanding, it's easy to lose yourself in the rhythm of the music instead of focusing on the moment. Constant movement is mandatory for the Aerobic Soccer Training Program to work properly. Rest periods are actually movements done at a lesser pace, while work periods could be considered fast paced movements since you are constantly touching the ball. Mental concentration is a requisite when performing all exercises because, if not focused, the participant will spend more time chasing the ball than benefitting from the program. To play like the pro soccer players, it takes the right soccer training program, the right attitude and practice.
