Each player is responsible to write one short concise goal that he or she will try to accomplish in the training session on Mon/Tues. Click on this link or the one provided inside Virtual Soccer Trainer. It will be forwarded to your Coach. Each player must submit their goal to Virtual Soccer Trainer before that week begins. Example: Week 1 Beat two players cleanly on the dribble.
The warm up for the sessions on Mon./Tues. will be Aerobic Soccer Training. Be prepared to progress quickly. Extra training is a must for 4 min. twice a week. To purchase the video click here.

This is Kamal de Gregory, Director of 4skills.com, Bahamas National Team Player and Director of Developmental Training for U-9/U-10s at Maitland Soccer Club. I would like to thank every Player, Coach and Parent for participating in the "Speedy Soccer Skills Program."
