The soccer training program can be performed indoors. The ball should not leave the ground or be kicked harder than a simple 2 yard touch. To perform aerobic soccer training indoors you must have a 5 by 5 yards space available. Furniture that could be damaged in the event of a mistouch should be removed. 4skills.com is not responsible for any items broken indoors while players are using Aerobic Soccer Training.
